Josh is our lead Access Consultant and Inclusive Practice educator. He was a Registered Nurse for 15 years and has extensive experience in working with people with disabilities. He also worked as an educator in the medical/nursing field for many years and enjoys giving people in the community an inclusive perspective of living with a disability and access issues they face.

Josh became a wheelchair user in 2016 due to a chronic medical condition. Having to access the community while using a wheelchair has given Josh a unique perspective on the inaccessibility of our community for many people. This led to the inception of Inclusion Access. Our aim is to improve accessibility for the entire community.

Bringing over a decade of professional experience in disability support, Brianna has expertise in the NDIS framework, care services, person-centred policy development, strategic planning, and customer engagement. Beginning with her own familial experience with disability, Brianna has a personal drive to shift focus to contemporary disability practice, and knows that holistic inclusion is a pivotal part of building a more equitable society.

Brianna is passionate about inclusion and empowerment of people with disabilities, and is delighted to be working towards the shared Inclusion Access vision of a more equitable and inclusive society.

Coralie Graham is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing & Midwifery at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ). She is dually registered as a Registered Nurse and Psychologist and has worked in a number of roles in both professional capacities.

After Coralie’s son Joel suffered a brain injury at the age of 3 , Coralie has worked for the past 30 years to ensure he and others with a disability are not restricted in any way from being part of their community.

Coralie was the founding and Managing Director (2015- 2020) of the Australian health promotion charity Stroke Recovery Trial Fund ABN: 47604632582 and continues to conduct community education sessions about stroke.

Coralie’s research interests include resilience, equity, stroke treatment (Perispinal Etanercept Treatment (PSE)) and fatigue related to neuro-injury and chronic stroke. Coralie is collaborating with Griffith University’s School of Pharmacy and Medical Science (as a Visiting Scholar) on a PSE clinical trial to demonstrate that PSE can be delivered by Registered Nurses.

Sharon was born in Toowoomba, an active and very healthy child. Juvenile Chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis contracted at age eleven has altered her life and she uses a wheelchair to move around. She has not let this stop her doing what she wants in life and is a strong disability advocate, author and academic. She is a member of the NDIA - Independent Advisory Council and is also the chair of the Queensland Disability Advisory Council.

Sharon has developed extensive networks stretching beyond Toowoomba and across Australia that work to improve community understanding of inclusive environments. She developed Discovering Disability and Diversity, a consultancy that promotes the active awareness of disability and diversity through various hands-on activities and sharing her personal story of her life. This story links to others life experiences and there is a major focus on disability, equity, social justice and empowerment. The consultancy works with schools, industry, Government, health and private clients. It aims to encourage, motivate, and help people understand disability and encourage equity in all things. Sharon has written several books. A children’s adventure story Discovery at Paradise Island dealing with discovery and disability. She won the Queensland Award for Disability Action Week 2003 for this book and her work with children. Her most recent book Discovering Dyslexia- experiencing mysteries exploring solutions has been sold across Australia. Sharon’s works have been widely recognised, earning awards that include Queensland Regional Achiever 2012, Australia Day Regional Citizen 2012, USQ Alumnus 2016, and YWCA Top 125 Queensland Women Leaders 2013. Sharon was bestowed the Australian Human Rights Award in 2008.

My name is Sam Wright, and I live in Toowoomba with my family - my wife Ash and our three children, Will (8), Ella (6), and Patrick (3). My professional role is as a partner at Ambrosiussen The Business Accountants, a CPA accounting firm in Toowoomba that provides taxation and management accounting advisory services focused on small & medium family businesses and not-for-profit organisations.

I have completed the CPA program, a CPA Public Practice Certificate, is a registered Tax Agent, a Masters of Business Administration through UniSQ, and have graduated the Company Director's Course through the AICD.

One of the main governance experiences I have is with the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Board to fill the role of Treasurer from 2016 until October 2019 when I was then elected as a Vice President and has been serving in that position since.

The reason why I have accepted the invitation to serve on the Inclusion Access Ltd board is because I see education and collaboration as the best way to improve accessibility outcomes. The concept of the app was one that I can see great potential for, as well as being drawn towards the passion and enthusiasm of the Inclusion Access Ltd board members.

I look forward to making a positive contribution to the success of Inclusion Access Ltd.

Johnathon is a Toowoomba Local, bringing over a decade of Legal Expertise to the Inclusion Access Board. Johnathon works at Enterprise Legal, who has partnered with Inclusion Access for many years, predominantly by providing pro bono legal advice and services. A specialist Business Lawyer, Johnathon works closely with many non-profit and charity organisations, specialising in corporate advisory, structuring and governance matters.

Despite not having a lived experience with disability, Johnathon has developed a deep understanding of disability support services (particularly in the NDIS space) through his network, connections and client base. He is passionate about helping clients in this space to continue to grow and support the community by helping navigate the complex legal landscape. Johnathon hopes that this perspective can add value to Inclusion Access, and in turn the wider community through the work that Inclusion Access is already doing and undoubtedly will continue to do.
